here is my submission for this week's challenge from :icondesign-a-character:

Theme was Rococo. So drew some pooffy women that dressed like deserts :)

Yes, I have a tablette (pen mouse device) and I did it in photoshop.

Yes, they make a huge difference if you do art on the computer. Takes a bit of getting used to, but is totally worth it if you're serious about art. :)
